The only hormone that's not involved in puberty is ghrelin, although, there are studies that do demonstrate a relation between ghrelin and sexual interest in mice. Testosterone and estrogen are clearly realated to puberty and the DHEA is a precursor in the biosynthesis of the testosterone and estrogen.
